RENOTEC

What is RENOTEC Roof Coating?

ProPERLA RENOTEC Roof Coating is a high‑performance protective treatment designed to refresh, strengthen and extend the life of your existing roof. Instead of replacing the roof, RENOTEC bonds directly to the surface to create a durable, waterproof and weather‑resistant finish that helps protect against moisture, moss growth and environmental wear.

Suitable for slate tiles, clay tiles and many other roof types, RENOTEC enhances the appearance of the roof while improving its resistance to the elements. It offers a practical, cost‑effective alternative to full roof replacement, helping homeowners maintain a cleaner, stronger and longer‑lasting roof.

Careful Preparation. A Refreshed Finish.

A lasting roof coating starts with the right preparation. Before RENOTEC is applied, the roof needs to be assessed, thoroughly cleaned and any necessary repairs completed to create a suitable surface.

The two-coat system then provides an even coloured finish and water-repellent protection. For a roof with suitable, sound tiles, this can be a practical way to refresh its appearance and protect the existing surface.

Verified Speedy execution of a good job! Prompt arrival and speedy completion of job by personable staff. Left the house cleaner than it was when they arrived! Unpleasant environment to work in, transformed into a roof-space which is now clean and better insulated, with the sealed insulating mat attached to the rafters. George Simon – May 20, 2026

Verified A hard job very well accomplished … The guys working were very respectful and every day left the house very clean. A horrible job but they worked long and hard. Never complained. There was a lot of mess which they loaded in their van every day and disposed of. I would highly recommend this team to work in your home. Isabel Holmes – May 5, 2026

Verified A professional job by any standard. The team (led by Jack) turned up on time and because I missed the call from them telling me they were on the way they sent a text message. I was expecting a 2 day job because I had spray insulation done previously (by another firm) which had blocked the air vents. They were polite and talked me through what they were doing step by step. On completion everywhere was left as if they had never been, Brilliant! I’d recommend them any time. Jeff Adams – April 27, 2026

Verified This company were superb. This company were superb. The rep offering the work was taking what we needed into consideration and offered good advice. The workers were quick, clean , very respectful. The top of the house is so quiet now it’s unbelievable. We live on a main dual carriageway and there is no sound at night at all. Also the top of the house is so much warmer. After living here for 50 years I’m amazed at what could have been achieved years ago, we did have insulation but not to this quality, this is superb and works. Bernadette Thomas – April 15, 2026

Verified They removed the spay foam quickly and cleanly I used costal prime to remove spray foam from my loft. They gave me a cost price which was a lot cheaper than other quotes I received, which they kept too. They removed the spay foam quickly and cleanly. I also received a follow on phone call making sure everything was okay and was there any problems with the removal of the spay foam. I would highly recommend Costal Prime in the removal of spray foam from loft spaces. Thanks David Harris – June 18, 2026

Verified Absolutely amazing! I wanted to share a really positive experience with Coastal Prime. My mother recently had a survey arranged, and Nick the surveyor came out to assess her property. What stood out immediately was his honesty and professionalism. After carrying out a thorough inspection, he explained clearly that she didn’t actually need any new insulation. In a time where it’s easy to feel like companies might push unnecessary work, it was genuinely refreshing to see the opposite. Nick took the time to reassure her and answer all her questions without any pressure or sales tactics. It’s great to see a company like Coastal Prime operating with this level of integrity. It really builds trust and shows they care more about doing the right thing than just making a sale. Highly appreciated and strongly recommended. Ethan dolan – March 22, 2026

Verified Trustworthy and customer freindly. The action required was very quickly organised. The office staff were polite and knowledgeable and the people I actually met were very efficient and a delight to meet. There were one or two problems which were solved and didn’t phase them at all. The whole experience was quite painless. I would happily recommend this company. Hilary – April 22, 2026

Verified A very good investment It was very good investment as we will save on heating costs for the house.
