The guys working were very respectful and every day left the house very clean. A horrible job but they worked long and hard. Never complained. There was a lot of mess which they loaded in their van every day and disposed of. I would highly recommend this team to work in your home.

The team (led by Jack) turned up on time and because I missed the call from them telling me they were on the way they sent a text message.
I was expecting a 2 day job because I had spray insulation done previously (by another firm) which had blocked the air vents.
They were polite and talked me through what they were doing step by step.
On completion everywhere was left as if they had never been,
Brilliant! I’d recommend them any time.

This company were superb. The rep offering the work was taking what we needed into consideration and offered good advice.
The workers were quick, clean , very respectful.
The top of the house is so quiet now it’s unbelievable. We live on a main dual carriageway and there is no sound at night at all. Also the top of the house is so much warmer. After living here for 50 years I’m amazed at what could have been achieved years ago, we did have insulation but not to this quality, this is superb and works.

I used costal prime to remove spray foam from my loft.
They gave me a cost price which was a lot cheaper than other quotes I received, which they kept too.
They removed the spay foam quickly and cleanly.
I also received a follow on phone call making sure everything was okay and was there any problems with the removal of the spay foam.
I would highly recommend Costal Prime in the removal of spray foam from loft spaces.

I wanted to share a really positive experience with Coastal Prime. My mother recently had a survey arranged, and Nick the surveyor came out to assess her property. What stood out immediately was his honesty and professionalism. After carrying out a thorough inspection, he explained clearly that she didn’t actually need any new insulation.
In a time where it’s easy to feel like companies might push unnecessary work, it was genuinely refreshing to see the opposite. Nick took the time to reassure her and answer all her questions without any pressure or sales tactics.
It’s great to see a company like Coastal Prime operating with this level of integrity. It really builds trust and shows they care more about doing the right thing than just making a sale. Highly appreciated and strongly recommended.

We had a survey of our roof space by an agent of Coastal Prime and we decided to go ahead with the project.. We are an elderly couple and had a few misgivings about whether we had done the right thing but we needn’t have worried. Pavel and Karukh were excellent. They worked tirelessly for 12 hours and left the site spotless. They were polite and couteous and were a credit to themselves and the company. The result was excellent and we would definitely recommend them and the company to future customers

From initial phone call to fitting the loft insulation went seamlessly. The sales man who came was also a nice person, no hard sell. Lovely fitters, father and son. Fitted insulation in good time. From the surveyor who came out to assess the job we needed doing, we knew we were dealing with a professional company. He came to our house and told us what we already knew, that the spray foam needed removing before it caused too much damage and recommended the multi layer foil insulation.
The removal and insulation team arrived on time and were very polite and helpful. They worked extremely hard and removed countless garbage sacks of foam, we didn’t think it was all going to fit in their vehicle but it did and they left the workspace clean and tidy. They then proceeded to fit the new insulation, which they did very professionally.
We didn’t need to clear all our junk out of the loft, they managed to work around and left the area clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend “Coastal Prime” from the surveyor to the removal and insulation team, everyone were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job for us.
